Hi, I’m Danni- a certified life coach with a background in allied health, and a woman who knows exactly what it’s like to feel stuck in the cycle of emotional eating, guilt, and starting over.
I’m not here to preach from a pedestal—I’ve been in it. For over 20 years, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of emotional eating, binge cycles, and that exhausting loop of being “good”, then losing control. I know the shame of secret eating, the constant self-talk that says “what’s wrong with me?”, and the ache of wanting to feel normal around food. I know what it’s like to be high-achieving in pretty much every area of life, but still feel powerless around food.
I’m genuine, nurturing and I love a good laugh. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I’ll hold space for your hardest moments and also help you laugh again—because this is about returning to yourself, not just controlling food.
