Hi, I’m Danni- a certified life coach with a background in allied health, and a woman who knows exactly what it’s like to feel stuck in the cycle of emotional eating, guilt, and starting over.

I’m not here to preach from a pedestal—I’ve been in it. For over 20 years, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of emotional eating, binge cycles, and that exhausting loop of being “good”, then losing control. I know the shame of secret eating, the constant self-talk that says “what’s wrong with me?”, and the ache of wanting to feel normal around food and confident in my body. 

I’m genuine, nurturing and I love a good laugh. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I’ll hold space for your hardest moments and also help you laugh again—because this is about returning to yourself, not just controlling food.

These days, I eat with ease, trust my body, and no longer use food to cope—and that’s what I help other women do too.
